Module Warranty
25 - year limited warranty of 80% power output;
10 - year limited warranty of 90% power output;
5 - year limited warranty of materials and workmanship

Subject to Clause 3 below, if, within a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale as shown in the invoice to the CUSTOMER,
any MODULE(s) exhibits a power output less than 90.98% of the "Peak Power at STC" as specified at the
date of invoice in FLAGSUN 'sapplicable product information sheet (the "PRODUCT INFORMATION SHEET"), FLAGSUN will, at customer's
option, either provide additional MODULES to the CUSTOMER to make up for such loss in power,
or replace, or compensate the defective MODULE(s).

Subject to Clause 3 below, if, within a period of Twenty-five (25) years from the date of sale asshown in the invoice to the
CUSTOMER, any MODULE(s) exhibits a power output of less than 81.77% of the "Peak Power at STC" as
specified at the date of invoice in FLAGSUN 's PRODUCT INFORMATION SHEET, FLAGSUN will, at customer's option, either provide
additional MODULES to the CUSTOMER to make up for such loss in power, or replace, or compensate
the defective MODULE(s).
The remedies set forth in this Clause 2 shall be the sole and exclusive remedies with respect to any deficiency in the power
output of MODULES.
